I'm still trying to figure out who he ticked off to get bumped off of KFI. He'd go over the line on occasion, but all in all, I thought he was funny.

Basically, KFI just wanted to have that topical "local block" with John and Ken followed by Ziegler. Phil got moved over to their sister station.

I'm still trying to figure out who he ticked off to get bumped off of KFI.His ratings weren't very good. Hendrie's radio program was an acquired taste. I don't think Hendrie ever made it clear that he was playing various roles. I remember a different talk show host on another station mentioned it once, and expressed the opinion that Hendrie wasn't being honest with his listeners. I guess people who felt that way turned off KFI while Hendrie's show was on.
