She may like the idea of being able to control him.
I suspect that's what this is ultimately about. For her, I doubt it has anything to do, in her own mind at least, about sex or sleeping with some young guy. It's control. She probably likes the feeling of power and she sees this as a way to feel like she's the powerful one.

it's all about control.
Not sex, not horniness, but being the one calling the shots.
Odds are she's manic/bipolar, BPD and/or had some early sexual 'orientation' where she was powerless.
This is her payback.
