Well, I purposely watched her last night, and she compared this case to OJ Simpson's, Robert Blake's, and all sex offenders who killed their victims, both adults and children. And then she had Wendy Murphy there agreeing with her!
They are a disgrace! Geraldo is no better.

yes....Nancy is a disgrace....but she has been for some time, even during the Westerfield trial where she literally was an idiot.....
remember folks......these talk shows are meant to entertain....don't expect any of them to be unbiased or thoughtful or well-documented.....they don't research nearly as well as most freepers.....
I have to laugh at their inconsistantcies in using the "facts".....where in one case the DNA is the most powerful tool, but in other cases, if it doesn't go along with their preconcieved conclusions...as in this Duke case...they just relegate it to the trash heap as inconsequential......
how dangerous is our justice system if laws and evidence are used in a discriminatory fashion in differant cases.

That is so ridiculous--but then again, so are they. In those cases there were victims, that's indisputable because there were dead bodies. But in a case like this where the "victim" is alive and it's they said-she said and there are more holes in her story than swiss cheese, there's a big question as to whether she's really the victim here, and not the accused.
