Wow, I missed that in the Newsweek article. Then again, I mainly skimmed the article.
Nifong thinks he knows more than the high profile defense attorneys on this case? Yea, ok.
Why he would not at least look at the exculpatory evidence is beyond me.
Actually, it turned the best for the defense because it allowed Nifong to make the mistakes he has made so far.

So Nifong was confessing that he was from the start planning to withhold evidence from the defense team? That is prosecutorial misconduct and could leave him liable for civil actions by anyone harmed by his illegal action.
