How could the accuser be "fighting for her life" if she was given a date rape drug as the prosecutor is suggesting? He's going to have to go with one or the other, he can't have it both ways.

Is he (and the ones who are supporting this theory) actually so stupid as to not think the two are mutually exclusive?
