Howlin, I got a question. Just how many Lax player can be PROVED to have been at the scene of the alleged rape? I only see four. Tell me what you think.
The Three Team Captains who were questioned by investigators - I think they've stipulated to their presence.
Reid Seligman was ID'd by the cab driver and the AV (flakey ID)
Colin Finnerty was ID'd by the AV and Kim (flakey ID's)
Has anyone else been shown on photos or otherwise placed at the scene?
Not that I know of.
There is also that other guy who looks just like Seligman. I think those pictures seriously put into question which guy it was. It seems that it would be easy to convince a jury that either one was a mistaken ID. I guess you could just ask them if there were there on cross examination.
I thought Finnerty's defense was going to be that he was eating Mexican food at an establishment with many people around? So I am not sure it can be "proved" he was there either?
