Serving alcohol to underage people is illegal, but is hiring "strippers," (Note to DA: the pc term is exotic dancers), a criminal act?

From the PR standpoint, this could be a problem for Nifong. It will be perceived as unfair. Legality and justice have nothing to do with this case anymore, if they ever did. It's a political battle and it always has been...
