Abrams said Collin doesn't appear in any of the photos released so far, but there are probably many more. Wouldn't it be wonderful to see Cotten cross-examine Kim about seeing "the little skinny one" and being presented with photo after photo of the gathered crowd and asked "Do you see him in this one ... or this ... or this ... or this ....?
Just thought of another thing. This is why we've only seen a few photos. None of the players are shown on the photos, right? The defense doesn't want to show any that might place someone at the scene.

You know, we've been assuming that after Kim called the cops (1st 911 call) and then yelled at the lax team that she had done so, we've kinda' assumed that they "scattered" and left the house permanently. I have to wonder if, during the subsequent short time the cops were there, some were just down the street observing or quietly hiding out in the house. Just because the cops saw no one doesn't mean no one saw the cops. Then they could have returned to the house after the coast was clear. Does this have any effect on the timeline viz the taxi driver's return to the house to pick up four more lax players?
