Of course, I am no expert but I would asssume that using a broom would leave definate forensic evidence, wouldn't it?
I would think so, if it happened the way the AV's father lates her latest version. The prosecution has not attempted to seize the broom as evidence, and sodomy charges were not filed. It's highly doubtful she mentioned a broom to the DA.
