Maybe fragile is not a good word. How about unstable.
It's been reported that she's in seclusion and 'screams at the sight of white men' in the street. Another freeper suggested she might be detoxing.
Actually the Duke players have historically excelled post graduate. They have the highest graduation rate of all the teams at Duke. Apparently you dislike Duke or don't have a son or daughter in college. Don't really know what your issues are.
Yes, I wish my son would hire a stripper for a party with underage drinking while I'm paying $40K a year for his "education", and get arrested for rape and kidnapping. Every parent's dream.
thanks for the heads up.Newsweek might have an inkling as to why its caused a media frenzy ;-)
I work for a man who graduated from Duke and he is a wonderful, smart, sincere, generous person. I also worked for another person whose daughter graduated from Duke and she was very intelligent and became a doctor.
I do have a child in college - Christian college where strippers are not an issue and I am extremely proud of her. She has never even been arrested! It's a very good feeling to have a child you can be proud of.
keep patting yourself on the back and hope she's never falsely accused of anything...FYI these parents are proud of their sons, believe me.
Well, not that you know of anyway! You might want to ask former students at the Bible college in Baton Rouge, where hookers were brought in by the busload...
She's in college in SC and it's very small. Everyone knows what does on (or doesn't go on). And I doubt my daughter would be interested in strippers anyway.
Shhhh---don't burst the bubble.
You really believe the parents are proud of their sons for this? Do you have kids? Would you be proud?
I never suse the word "strippers". It was much worse than that. And it was done in the wee hours of the morning, so the community didn't know. Even some of the staff members didn't know, until one of them uncovered it.
What about the list that one of the captains provided to the cops... Remember... the one that didn't include RS...
Well, they know now.

"Could it be any of us? YOU BET!!!"
No, actually it could only be those who participate in such things and leave themselves open to something like this.
That said, they are not going to let D.A. Javert and a pack of special interest groups railroad their son into prison.
Or even happen to be a teammember right?
