On Greta an attorney said that the information the defense attorneys are asking for scares most alleged victims. They are asking for everything concerning the av. He said that this is when a DA needs to support and encourage a victim to go forward.

I have a feeling that the av was told of this motion immediately by Nifong and what the father said about her maybe not wanting to testify may be true.

Attorney on Greta alluded to the Kobe av and said this was essentially the same thing that happened in that case. Defense made a similiar motion and the av didn't want to go forward with the case.
