They've been referred to as "The Wisemen" by those of us who know the spoilers for the season.

I think I can say everyone should realize what is really going on. Logan is not behind the plot, these guys are and they are DIRECTLY tied to the events of Season 4.

I suspect one of them is the "Emir" that Marwan referred to in Season 4 but we never saw.
