That would mean that Logan/BTooth are in with the Chicoms. I have to review the handcuffed to the pipe Logan (when he mentions Kim, which didn't make sense), the context was along the lines of don't you want to see your daughter... sounded as if he knew someone had her already... not 'you'll be arrested for this cause i'm the pres and you will never see your daughter'.
