I rented the first season last week while I was home with a cold, though. It's very good.

Not a spoiler here but if you like Season 1, you'll absolutely love Seasons 2, 3, 4 and 5.

Fortunately, I saw Season 4 first which IMHO was the absolute best. After that I was hooked and got Seasons 1-3.

Interesting point evad and one which I agree with completely I got hooked because I picked up season 4 at the video store thinking it was season 1 (okay I'm old and my brain is going- at least that's what my kids tell me) started watching and was halfway through before I realized there was a lot of history I was missing.

Totally agree that if you like 1- the rest ,IMHO, frankly are better. I really liked 4 and 2. 2 in particular is very well written- but for sheer action and great filming 4 has been my favorite.

Glad to know there are others like me just joining in the fun- I still can't believe I have missed this for so long.

BTW- I also very much enjoy reading the posts and the pics on this thread. Good stuff folks. Of course I am still awaiting the pic-master Coex to find me of pic of the babe from season 3- :-). And of course any other Kate Warner pics are appreciated- not only did I find her to be attractive- I thought her character was courageous, intelligent and patriotic- gotta give a tip of the cap to a woman like that.

I did the same thing (and I started watching Season 4 about a third of the way in.)

It was the first time a TV show put me on the edge of my seat since I was 12.

Season 4 remains the best.
