In what way is she being lynched? Don't you think that is a racist twist on this? Lynched is a loaded word, don't you think?

Have you read the statements of the cab driver?
Have you examined the timeline?
Do you realize that there is NO DNA that connects the team to her?
Did you look at the pictures?
Why do you believe her versus the Duke Lacrosse team? Is it because in your mind they are a fraternity (which you seem to have an issue with).

Frankly, I think that she's being smeared on websites like this and on talk radio before her story's been heard. Plus, there seems to be a willingness to merge her story with the other stripper's background.
In rape case, I'm always willing to believe the victim over the accuser. There's still a strong stigma against rape victims in this country and a tendency to "blame the victim" as it were. Women are still thought to deserve it (especially in date rape situations) if their skirts are too tight, if they had a drink at the party, if they work as strippers, etc...
