Interesting. I would bet this is why NiFong will not back down, he has the SANE report along with the toxicology report.
Someone needs to tell him 'date rape' drugs can be used in recreational manner and Miss Crystal could have taken drugs on her own.

If he had a tox report that helped his case, he'd have leaked it long ago. He's getting killed in the PR part of the case, which, IMO is more important than the legal part...
