In a searing court attack on Charlie Sheen, actress Denise Richards alleges that her estranged husband is unstable, violent, addicted to gambling and prostitutes, and visits pornographic web sites featuring young men and girls who appear underage. In a remarkable sworn declaration (a copy of which you'll find below) filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, Richards also charges that Sheen, 40, assaulted her and threatened her life during a December 30 incident at the actress's Los Angeles home. Richards claims that an enraged Sheen--who was over for a visit with the couple's two children--told her she was "fucking with the wrong guy" and called her a series of vulgar names in front of the children. The actor, Richards said, then shoved her to the ground and screamed, "I hope you f--king die, bitch." As Richards, 35, tells it, Sheen was angry because she had told her divorce attorney about discovering details of Sheen's porn-surfing practices.

I don't know why people are piling on Charlie. This is one angry wife's side of a divorce story - she will say anything to make him look as bas as possible.
Denise Richards is a proven degenerate as much as he is.
Society is uncivilized if it doesn't have a soft spot for women with babies, pregnant, with small children, etc.

Well, I don't know that Richards has been proven to be as much a degenerate as Sheen. (See post #14 for a sampling). Maybe you have something to back that up. But most of what she says will be able to be supported or disproved by other evidence (computer records, witnesses, the kids, etc). If I were her attorney, I wouldn't have allowed her to make these statements under oath unless we had the proof to back it up. I strongly suspect that she does. If she doesn't, she's going to lose big time.
The porn probably doesn't surprise anyone either.

She is pretty tough playing hardball with Sheen. I would guess that she is not exaggerating. Better get it out in the open before she becomes the next Nicole Simpson.
Remember when Charlie thought he had seen an actual "snuff" film (The Flower of Flesh and Blood) and turned it into the FBI? It turned out to be fake.

The film in question was Flower of Flesh and Blood, part of a series of films collectively known as "Guinea Pig." Some of the "Guinea Pig" films have at least temporarily fooled the authorities, fueling news stories about the unearthing of snuff films. It's no wonder either; the special effects are very cleverly executed. Flower of Flesh and Blood is the episode which stirs much of the controversy. It features a samurai torturing, then dismembering a captive girl until she eventually expires in front of the cameras.

"The FBI confiscated Sheen's tape and proceeded to investigate all involved, including Charles Balun, an early distributor of the film. Balun fiercely asserted that the film was a hoax and was merely a series of startling special effects. Propitiously, the Japanese took this time to release 'Guinea Pig Two: The Making of Guinea Pig One,' revealing the technical sleight of hand in all its bone-cracking glory. After viewing this film, the FBI backed off and dropped the investigation."
In a stunning display of bad taste, this film was shown on San Francisco's public access channel in October 1996."

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! I just read the part of Denise Richard's deposition about Charlie Sheen launching into a drug induced rant about vaccinations and a 9-11 conspiracy. Then he started showing around photos of Nicole Simpson's autopsy. All the while he was pissing away his fortune on uncontrollable sports gambling while taking a myriad of drugs.
