"Don't forget that they called me a damn nigger," she said. "She [the accuser] was passed out in the car. She doesn't know what she was called. I was called that. I can never forget that."
Playing the race card this early is a sign of desperation, in my opinion.

For that much money, my guess is that they were supposed to do more than just dance.

Other than the actual rape, if one occurred, this is becoming just about the stupidest story ever.
Am I correct they are covering an anonymous email to a public relations firm without any evidence it was this woman who sent it? And that the story is now more focused on the racial epithet to this second woman, not the rape victim? And that the story of the second woman is subtly changing because she doesn't like the fact the Duke players are defending themselves? My head is spinning.

In a spirit of fairness, I am surprised that she looks this attractive and intelligent. But aren't these college student strippers? What the heck does that say about our society?

"upset by the leaking of both dancers' criminal pasts,"
Mind you, a criminal past doesn't matter, but having it publicized now there is an outrage. So we have two outraged strippers with criminal records, one of whom was totally passed out. Very heartwarming.

The Duke students are sick dudes: paying good money for these breathtakingly "fugly" low life Escort Service felons.

The race card ploy is always good for media consumption. Spoken words can't be proven or refutted by forensics. It's her word and Jesse Jackson's against everyone else, and Jesse can channel up the past to prove anything. To be fair, the defense hasn't denied that the players used racial slurs against the women, just that Kim also racial slurs against them.

Holy crap, Rodney. Just holyy crap.
Sorry fellas?
"I didn't want to leave her with them."
But I did want to dump her at a Kroger's parking lot?
She's lying. She gave the defense more than one interview -- and they have her ON TAPE.

I'm still not sure what happened, but I've always suspected that the racial epithet is a primary event that triggered this entire thing.

Er ah, your convoluted post is hard to fathom.....but are you suggesting that the email to the PR firm isn't confirmed to be from the stripper?
She herself admits to trying to financially profit from the case and defends sending the email to the PR firm.
