why wouldn't she have received any jail time?
the DA has obviously made a deal with her.....the DA needs the rape case for re-election.....but he's in over his head now...
I asked the same thing. Community Service for stealing $25,000.. She was convicted of a FELONY - and community service. Something is wrong.
Are the Judges in Durham doing Crack?
With the other convict, she was CHARGED with 10 Felonies and spent 3 weekENDS in Jail.
What if the Duke guys have commited Felonies and had gotten community service.. Think the Media would be a little interested?
