Finally, someone speaks the truth in this case. I've heard of railroading by prosecutorial misconduct, but this is insane. I'm starting to think that Nifong has some sort of personality disorder.

Sounds like you live in the area. I'm in Wake County and have been following this case very closely.
I know Kim's background from reading the papers (and FR!)but I have not heard her interview with the AP yet. Anything earth shattering in the interview?
She is a questionable witness at best due to her criminal history and her current occupation.

It's hard to keep up with all the changing stories. I wouldn't rely too much on Bissey, though. Long running feud and all. He probably is sniffing around for an "opportunity", just like Ms. Kim.

Did you catch Bissey's myspace profile that maggief posted? Says he's unmarried. Now didn't it state somewhere that he has a wife? She was also part of the feud with the lax guys if I read correctly. Lol, this whole thing is getting curiouser and curiouser.

Should/can the News and Observer write another article which includes any statements the accuser made to their reporter when interviewed? She may have told the reporter things which are provably untrue.

I meant to say the N&O editor says the paper didn't report all the accuser told them in the interview article. I wonder if confidentialy rules would prevent them from reporting now what they left out then?

I wonder how long it took Kim to embezzle $25,000? Was it done little by little over a matter of months? Unless it was a one time lapse in judgment, why wouldn't she have received any jail time?
Fox is NOT reporting this right.. They keep saying that the woman wrote an e-mail and said she wants to know how to spin this to her benefit.
The more important thing she said was the SHE WANTED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS OPPORTUNITY!
(A Gang Rape Case is an opportunity?) Maybe this supports the fact that she doesn't think there was a Gang Rape.
