Exactly. On the other hand, Jr. drove himself to school today. And, against our better judgment, we let him go to a concert tonight. Initially it was supposed to be tomorrow night, but a friend got the tickets for the wrong night.
But, at least he's ~doing~ school work now. He finished the hawk and is almost done with his research paper. That's major progress. We'll see if it's too late.
Well, it is the final stretch of the school year, so he might crank it up just to finish on a high note.
As for the concert and such, it's a good test to see what he does with a bit of freedom and your trust. Woe to him if he craps on either one.
Ya know, it just doesn't end. My oven (which doesn't work)was making a funny buzzing noise, so I turned it off at the breaker for now, which of course means the timer on it doesn't work, and I was using that for the dryer. I have a timer on my watch, but that broke the first time they reset the battery - it'll count down, but doesn't beep anymore.
Guess I can either pick up a little timer before I next use the dryer, or use the one on my cell phone, which still works so far...until someone drops it into a pond again for me.
I'm beginning to think technology doesn't like me. So how come I'm in the career field I'm in?!?
