The motherboard lives!

However, it doesn't like my ethernet card now.

I'm here for a few minutes, eating what is either a late lunch or an early dinner.

What doesn't the ethernet card like about your motherboard? Will your system boot without the card, and hang up with the card? Or will the system boot with the card, but not see the card?
