Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Until the stars are all alight
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
|
|
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
|
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

If they kill Aaron, I'm going to be very, very irritated. Me too! Edgar was bad enough!

I hadn't had time to get truly attached to Edgar, though I liked him a lot...but with this season and season 2, I'm rather fond of Aaron. He doesn't deserve to have anything bad happen to him.
I'm also ticked off in retrospect at what they did to Michelle, but that's another story.

Other than Jack, Aaron is the only character to appear in all five seasons. They got such a negative reaction to killing Edgar that I'm thinking they might not do the same to Aaron.
Novick and the VP know Aaron knows what's up. So there's potential there.

Novick and the VP know Aaron knows what's up. Well...they know *something* is up, anyway. The VP is probably mostly just vey confused right now.

The VP is probably mostly just vey confused right now.He probably knows a lot more than he is letting on, but is smart enough not to play his hand too soon.

He probably knows a lot more than he is letting on, but is smart enough not to play his hand too soon. Yeah. And besides, we were set up at first not to like him. They can't let Logan get away with this, so I'm thinking they're grooming us for a new President.

Not to make you worry about anything else... but I think Cisco is having a case of the "poor me's" today. I think all that excitement in life the last few days, rather than wearing him out, has made his life seem rather lonely today. *sigh*
I feel bad that he was alone so much yesterday. I guess it's not like it'll be an everyday sort of thing, but even so...
To: RMDupree
Me too...just not the same three...
To: HairOfTheDog
I guess by that standard the only scale you need is Hedonism versus Masochism.

He's fine... just protesting that the fun's over I think :~D
And actually, I'm wrong that he's not barking at anything, there's a yellow lab at the espresso stand picnic table that he was barking at.
I did go over there and let him play a bit.
And I got a pic of him trying to bite the water ;~D
To: RMDupree
Good grief... I'm so bored... this is a really basic session on how to use this new software package. I won't even be using it myself for any of this stuff. It's stifling. I'm ready to scrape the back of my eye sockets with a soldering iron.
