See that house in the background, with the red car in the drive in the VBS picture of the jedis? That was the house that had the busted septic tank that the golden retriever (the one I rescued) drank out of. Then this guy in his 30s and his very young wife moved in there and really really fixed the place up sharp. Made the garage into a dog grooming business for his wife, but then she left him and we were worried about the guy there for a while because he was despondent and had a gun. But he seems to have recovered well, has a pretty blonde girlfriend and he really keeps the house up nice. I like him...he doesn't talk to us much (except he apologized when a friend of his drove his motorcycle through our front yard and put a rut there) but he always always waves at us when he goes by...which is more neighborly than a lot of people are in this area.
I'll see about getting one!

Heh heh...
We live on river bottom land...it used to be solid fruit trees all through here. They actually just tore down the old fruit tree farm house down the road a year or so ago...made me want to cry, it was such a cool old house.
When we dig in the dirt here, we dig up all kinds of neat stuff...old broken bottles, barbed wire...stuff you don't expect in a subdivision back yard.
