I don't know. The main DOL office is the one that issued the tabs. The lady said they were processed and mailed, but hadn't been returned.

Oh dear. This kitten was just put in my hands by the people at the store. Apparently it ran in there. It's a little thing, no bigger than Pippin and Tweek, and it's in desperate need of ~something~. It's either pregnant, or has worms or some other condition that is making it rather bony and thin but with a HUGH pot belly. I haven't been able to get a good look at what sex it is, that would narrow down those options considerably.
I only got one picture before it ran back into my closet.
