Hmmmm......Yeah, on the aggravation side, the trade balance is way out of balance, but it will never see balance. China has not floated it's currency and is beginning to feel it. When they finally crash, it will be a mess.

On the worry wart side you have a military growth spurt in China, but recently they have been trying to cut back on numbers of soldiers on the payroll. They use the military as a employment service, as do most commie or dictatorship governments, but they are not yet flexing muscle in any major or minor way...just the usual Taiwan stuff.

The most worry is that they are investing heavily in South America and trying to take that market from us. They are being a bit too successful at it. The game is that they need us, and we need them and that is not going to change, but relations will get dicey from time to time, as they always have been.

China is very resistant to change, but I think they know they must change or their own people will have the Chinese government for lunch.
