I'd put up the arrest charged of any dorm floor or fraternity at any major university against the charges of these guys. I'll bet they don't differ in the least, and the dorm floor would probably be worse.

School administrators aren't necessarily tolerant of fraternity shenanigans. I think one fraternity at the University of Washington was suspended after repeated alcohol and hazing violations, which in one case led to the death of a student.
