Well, she SAID she was raped, and if there were cuts and bruises, and signs of sexual penetration, they would tend to believe her. But she was obviously sexually active, had a BF, possibly/probably did tricks on the side, already had bruises when she showed up at the party, and I think was reported to have fallen on the stairs or porch at the house, which could cause cuts, bruises or scrapes. So she might appear to be a rape victim even if she wasn't. Consensual sex plus cuts from a drunken fall could create the impression of a rape.

I suspect her pimp is not very happy with her. Her pimp knows Al Capone was nabbed for tax evasion. No pimp wants transparency and strutiny of his activities.

If she solicited for sex, the defense attorneys will have that information by now. And if she was performing at a party where underage males were drinking, she had knowledge of a crime, and if she didn't report it, she should be charged with aiding and abetting a misdemeanor.

Yeah, she does. But she's also an attorney so I think she knows what's going on. She's also a Syracuse grad so she probably understands the lax culture a bit.
