This episode is one of my faves. I can't figure out why some here didn't like it. What really did it for me was the Cockney accents of Minge and Gary. It was PERFECT. Maybe some folks here aren't aware of the controvery of the book author who appeared on Oprah and turned out to be a fraud. If one doesn't know this background then a lot of the episode wouldn't make much sense.

The fake author story was not really the issue. They could have lampooned the entire situation without getting into the surreality of the talking minge. It was just so much of a bad idea. The accents added to the weirdness and were not so much an inspired touch as a necessity (to avoid American slang, which would have been too crude for the network.)

You can't win 'em all. "Scott Tenorman Must Die" was shocking and funny. This was just vulgar. Unless Oprah has some type of notoriety for neglecting her nether regions, it doesn't make a lot of sense as a satire.

One of my top ten...

I didn't like it either. My big problem is that the three principle characters on this episode were a towel, a vagina, and a rectum. Yeah, I know about Mr.Hankey, but he was always just one character among many. The other characters in those episodes were actual people.

What's next, an episode about a sock, a tampon, and a testicle?

Not to mention that none of the kids were in this episode. A grievous omission.
