Kerry Sutton said yesterday on Dan Abrams show that the entire defense team asked Nifong more than once to meet with their clients, hear their stories, see their alibis, and look at the pictures last week.

The attorneys on this thread think it's iffy about a Federal civil rights suit against the DA, county and city.
While I respect their opinions, based on their many years of lawyering, too many people watch CSI and other cop shows. We're conditioned to buy into the omnipotent crime labs and such.
Now it will take a lawyer with deep pockets, but if he were to sell 'shares' in it as to probable outcome, I'd buy.

Heck, all this time I thought Nifong held something back.
