Breaking overnight from Chris Cummo at ABC GMA:
Case against at least one Duke defemdant unraveling fast.
Defendant Seiligman went to bank ATM while rape supposedly happening.
12:02 Time stamped photos show girl arriving. Girl leaves, comes back, call friends on cell phone does other things. 12:19 Seiligman calls cab dispatcher 12:24 Seiligman takes cab to bank miles away, uses ATM card (photos show it is him.) 12:42 after walking back to dorm, Seiligman uses security card to enter dorm. Does not leave.
Also, Seiligman was never interviewed by cops. DA seeking reelection simply took "Dancers" word that he raped her.
I'm not convinced she didn't fake being 'out of it'.
Abrams: Photos from the party - lawyers for some of the players say these provide a timeline that the men arrested yesterday did not, could not have been at the scene of the crime.
Spoke with an expert who verifies the photos not taken out of sequence.
Accuser says she went to car when the men mentioned the broomstick, coaxed back into the house and then taken to bathroom and raped.
Photos being shown on MSNBC!!! She appears smiling and clothes intact (I can't see the smile because her face is blanked out but am quoting Abrams).
Watching ... so far the same photos he showed this morning.

When is Dan Abrams' on? Believe it or not I have been following this case almost primarly on the Internet and haven't seen any of these shows! Do they replay his show at night (after 7pm)?
When she arrived, she already had nails missing. When the party didn't go well, the girls locked themselves in the bathroom and AV popped of the red nails, applied a new set and painted them pink...leaving the red nails behind.
Even if the nails came off, there should be a little evidence of polish around the cuticles. You would think that in a case of rape, the hospital would have very good records on the condition of her nails...but who knows in this case!

Abrams: If you're the DA and sought indictment, would all this info coming out cause you to question account?
Early: None of this has been testified to in a court of law. If the DA had this info prior to indictment, certainly he'd look at it. (well, duh)
