Breaking overnight from Chris Cummo at ABC GMA:
Case against at least one Duke defemdant unraveling fast.
Defendant Seiligman went to bank ATM while rape supposedly happening.
12:02 Time stamped photos show girl arriving. Girl leaves, comes back, call friends on cell phone does other things. 12:19 Seiligman calls cab dispatcher 12:24 Seiligman takes cab to bank miles away, uses ATM card (photos show it is him.) 12:42 after walking back to dorm, Seiligman uses security card to enter dorm. Does not leave.
Also, Seiligman was never interviewed by cops. DA seeking reelection simply took "Dancers" word that he raped her.
There is a 1 in 60 chance of this occurring during the minute in time the picture was taken.
12:00:33 is just as random.
Where was she before this and how is the time determined?
The DNA and torso shots were taken on Mar. 23, nine days after the faux rape. Would most scratches still be visible?
Was the team still holding practices then?

I have been made aware of a team captain who has had his post-graduation employment offer rescinded as a result of this incident.
You always have the right to refuse to speak to LE officers. You can even refuse to testify as a witness if you invoke the 5th ammendment.
Where you get into trouble is giving false information.
The day this case broke in this area, poster board sized fliers sprung up on trees, posters, and cars with every player's face full frontal view. With their names and addresses and huge lettering at the top saying
PLEASE COME FORWARD
You can bet your license that didn't come from the defense.
Marches sprung up, rallies at the house with people banging pots and pans, professors degrading the players in their classes, players being threatened.
Before the defense said one word, Nifong gave 71 interviews -- 71 interviews on national TV -- where he referred to them as "rapists" and "assailants." He stated unequivocally the very first day that they WERE guilty and he was going to prove it with the DNA.
The first defense press conference was on the day the DNA results were returned.
And what did Nifong do when the results came back, NOT proving them guilty? He went to a PEP RALLY over at NCCU and declared them guilty once again, even without DNA.
Please don't try to put this dog and pony show off on the defense. The ONLY reason they're even talking is because he is flat out lying. They have every right to defend their clients while Nifong is polluting the jury pool and pandering for votes.
And if you think the defense is "doing a better job," perhaps it's because the truth is on their side.
Thanks - so he made two calls between 12:02 and 12:19 - presumably at least one was to call a cab? But you can't confirm when it was that the stripper first left the house, and when she returned? If Seligmann made two calls between 12:02 and 12:19, it suggests that that is when the girl went outside. It appeared to him that the show was over, so Seligmann decided to leave, and called a cab. That seems more likely than that he was participating in a quickie gang rape.
That has always been the way the grand jury operates. It is a tool of the prosecution. "A good prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich."
It only considers whether there is sufficient probable cause to indict. The petty jury must make the determination as to guilt.
Any guy with anything on the ball (no pun intended) can get a hummer any day on campus. It's not sex, remember, thanks to our former president. The lacrosse players would have their choice of the most attractive girls on campus. Makes no sense for them to pay someone covered with germs.

The DA began the witchhunt "trial by media". Once that ball gets rolling; the defense HAS to play too. And this is what happened. There'll be a court trial. I do have faith in the system. However, the media trial, begun BY the DA and DUKE, AND DURHAM, The MSM in their clearly biased "pro-allegation girl" coverage, and the grotty little professorettes in the classrooms, and their disciplines "Take Back the Night" and the "No Justice - No Peace" socialites of "justice" -- began this "media" circus after opening assertions, claims and statements by Nifong. And the Duke President CANCELLING the entire LaCrosse season on an non-substantiated allegation.

Duke President suspended the entire LaCrosse season based on ONE unsubstantiated allegation. The indictment came much later. Like, yesterday.
They all have lawyers; if they have questions, they can ask them.
The defense attorneys offered last week to meet with Nifong with ALL their clients and discuss what happened.
He said no; they should clam up now; why help him?
Not sure about the basketball team. I think I'd opt for the lacrosse players. They are handsome!
