Breaking overnight from Chris Cummo at ABC GMA:
Case against at least one Duke defemdant unraveling fast.
Defendant Seiligman went to bank ATM while rape supposedly happening.
12:02 Time stamped photos show girl arriving. Girl leaves, comes back, call friends on cell phone does other things. 12:19 Seiligman calls cab dispatcher 12:24 Seiligman takes cab to bank miles away, uses ATM card (photos show it is him.) 12:42 after walking back to dorm, Seiligman uses security card to enter dorm. Does not leave.
Also, Seiligman was never interviewed by cops. DA seeking reelection simply took "Dancers" word that he raped her.

One more thing I can speculate on in this case. The actions of Seligman seem logical. He was told there would be a party and some strippers would be there. At the party the strippers arrived, and there was little or no show. The strippers, in essence, ripped off the frat. Seligman waited a few minutes, then he did the logical thing. He called for a cab because the "event" was over. As others have suggested he may have taken a cab because he was drinking (or maybe he didn't have a car.) The reason for going to the ATM was to get money to pay for the cab ride home. He got to the dorm and stayed there. A boring end to a rip off party.
That's a good question. Whatever form the DNA is in;if it doesn't match the Lacrosse players donated samples, the DA should drop the case against them.

Let's see here. Stripper shows up, and guy goes to ATM to get cash after midnight. Sounds like she may have disclosed her price for a good time.

The kid got money to pay the cab, get some fast food , and then went back to his dorm in the same cab. His dorm card was swiped at 12:45. Please, this shit isn't funny. The University gave their athletes no support and had them guilty without a shred of evidence. The justice system made accusations and arrests without a shred of evidence just because the accuser was a black female and these were rich white kids. This is a disgusting mess magnified by a racist media circus fueled by the juiciness of the circumstances.

Sure, I usually look like I need to be vacuumed. But I pick it up from the furniture. If a hair falls from your scalp, and lands on the bathroom floor, it will not just defy gravity, blow up into the air and work its way through clothing, especially spandex, into someone's pubic area. If someone sets their jacket down on the floor for lack of a place to hang it, it surely could pick up a hair, but that isn't likely to end up in someone's pubic area.

Well, if you're familiar with the father's role in all this as a chronic liar who chages and embellishes his story at every given chance, you might not be so glad he's the one taking care of them.
I still think it's a crying shame. If it were I, I think I'd stay. I would not let a bunch of lying bastards run me out of a first-rate university. Besides, wherever they transfer to, people are going to know or find out who they are, unless they transfer to some huge campus where everybody is a lost unknown.
