Breaking overnight from Chris Cummo at ABC GMA:
Case against at least one Duke defemdant unraveling fast.
Defendant Seiligman went to bank ATM while rape supposedly happening.
12:02 Time stamped photos show girl arriving. Girl leaves, comes back, call friends on cell phone does other things. 12:19 Seiligman calls cab dispatcher 12:24 Seiligman takes cab to bank miles away, uses ATM card (photos show it is him.) 12:42 after walking back to dorm, Seiligman uses security card to enter dorm. Does not leave.
Also, Seiligman was never interviewed by cops. DA seeking reelection simply took "Dancers" word that he raped her.
Oh yeah.....in country....out of country....couples...you name it! Did ya get the feeling that it was more than just an 'escort' service???? LOL!
Yup. I can imagine the kids being afraid of the cops (underage drinking, etc.) but hadn't thought about the pimp.
Someone is following this thread and you...that's why you got that e-mail....
Yep... puts me in mind of the JFK "miracle bullet" conspiracy.
Sounds like they didn't pay the strippers, and were thinking the pimp (probably armed with more than a lacrosse stick) would come after them at the house for the money.
that's the impression I got also......geeeeeeeee back to Aruba..
I'd be more afraid of the pimp and his buddies than the cops...
Accent sounded somali to me
Find me another case where so many have publicly changed their theories and contorted their positions in order to continue to shout Guilt!
Nancy Grace said to ignore what the Defense was saying, let's wait for the DNA (wink, wink).
They changed into long sleeve shirts just for the attack while drunk?
Maybe she was wrong about how long the attack occured.
The Policemen didn't know what he was talking about when he deemed her drunk.
Her Father is old and must be wrong when his story contradicts his daughter's public account.
Maybe they used condoms (ignoring the SBI's findings).
Maybe these drunk guys used towels and took care not to rip her clothes. In some rapes (supposedly) the clothing is not damaged in any way)
Hey, sometimes it takes 31 hours and day out with the boyfriend/Pimp to remember any details.
It takes some rape victims almost a month to be able to ID their assailants.
Maybe they took care so that the 2nd stripper would have no idea her girlfriend was being gang-raped.
These pre-eminent Defense lawyers were born yesterday when they boldly went public and said NO DNA would be found (unless it was picked up off the bathroom floor) and there was NO sex of any kind.
Is this true?
Even IF the law was coming I would bug out too. It's past midnight and there's a drunk stripper from an "escort service" in the batchroom of a house I don't live in, possibly snorting cocaine. I'm in downtown Durham; and I'm not sure if the law or the pimps will get here first.
And MSNBC panel is sure their leaving is an indication of rape. It's an indication of common sense.
The judge can toss out evidence. They can also issue a summary judgment and end this farce before it gets to a jury.
I think our theory that the girls threatened to call the police is very close to the truth.
Was that by chance an obituary?
Conversely, others have argued that the names of both accused and claimant should NOT be released until after "substantial" evidence has been brought forward. The problem, nonetheless? Whoever is the "accused"? The accusation does NOT go away on their records, if I'm understanding this correctly.
There's another problem with the "blanket" for both. Seems to me most the "MSM-PUMPED" stories involve accusations against Sports Players and/or Celebrities. It's pretty easy to narrow down suspects on a team from photos and team rosters.
That's apparently what did in fact happen. Posters and fliers went all over Raleigh -- on trees, on bldgs with NAMES AND PHOTOS of the Duke LaCrosse Team.
I still think it's important that both accused and accuser's names be made public, therefore.
I cannot get over how little these talking heads know.
Heck, we know more than they do.
Yes.
Some players volunteered DNA and did go give interviews.
When the police jumped in their faces and accused them of being liars and rapists.. They got lawyers and the lawyers declined to give more interviews.
