Breaking overnight from Chris Cummo at ABC GMA:
Case against at least one Duke defemdant unraveling fast.
Defendant Seiligman went to bank ATM while rape supposedly happening.
12:02 Time stamped photos show girl arriving. Girl leaves, comes back, call friends on cell phone does other things. 12:19 Seiligman calls cab dispatcher 12:24 Seiligman takes cab to bank miles away, uses ATM card (photos show it is him.) 12:42 after walking back to dorm, Seiligman uses security card to enter dorm. Does not leave.
Also, Seiligman was never interviewed by cops. DA seeking reelection simply took "Dancers" word that he raped her.
Hubbie is retired law enforcement, and he's not sure. He laid that yearbooks have been used, and MAY be the same. He really wasn't sure though.
I almost think that Duke will end up expelling everyone that can placed at the party - even if this allegations are shown to be completely fabricated. The players weren't on campus or at an official function, but I'm sure the administration will use some sort of morals or honor violation.
They might not have to though, as I imagine that after how the administration and a sizable part of the student body have reacted almost all will want to leave on their own. I certainly wouldn't blame them.
Well, I'm just glad someone was taking care of the kids.

Nifong was present for a hearing for Duke lacrosse player Collin Finnerty, who, along with team-mate Reade Seligmann were arrested in connection with the alleged rape of an exotic dancer during a party involving the Duke lacrosse team.

Yes, this ID wouldn't last five minutes here, and I don't think it will last in NC, either. I think this is why Nifong had people in with a search warrant searching Finnerty's dorm room and taking his computer. Nifong may have already thrown in the towel on Reade (in his own mind - not acted on it of course) but is hoping to get something more to hang onto Finnerty.

I don't think so; in one of his many interviews, he said she dropped her car off at his house "because she didn't want to be driving it for awhile" and her boy friend took her home.
I still want to know why she wanted to hide her car over there.

She might have been driving w/a suspensed license. With her boyfriend, Kim, and her dad driving her around, how else did she get to school?

I am thinking this is why the defense attorney Osborn said Monday that after seeing the evidence Nifong presented he was just stunned at the evidence he had.
Unfortunately video tape of Nifong raping the girl at this point won't stop him from getting elected in three weeks; the constiuants so want a white boy perp.
Whether he can survive his coming removal and firing will be seen.

That is squirrelly. If she was worried she might be tempted to drive while impaired that might be one reason. I wonder also if it could be she was worried someone might recognize her car? When did she tell her dad that about the car, do you recall?
