I heard her songs when I watched the 1983 movie "Valley Girl" 2 days ago. I was instantly hooked on her music. So I looked it up and found the webiste.

I may actually have seen the movie and heard the songs over 20 years ago. They seemed familiar, sort of. I'm not sure if I had heard them before or not. But they just seemed so instantly familiar.

I was hooked on her music after seen "Vally Girl", (a million times.) :)

I didn't know she released a new CD in '03, "Love In The Ruins."

Very cool and I bet she still sounds good.
