One thing he mentions that I didn't know, assuming it's true--it is illegal to be in possession of a broad-tip marker or a can of spray paint in New York City if you're under 21. I'll agree with him that that's just asinine. The rest of his drivel is just "yo, look at me, I'm hip and cool, man."

That's probably true. Denver has a similar law regarding spray paint.
