BTW, it was very easy to see this happen in my own resort town growing up.
My goodness the young kids trying to get away from mom and dad while they were too busy partying, fishing, shopping or whatever....They were so sly and good at it...
The profiles of these types aren't that complex and haven't changed even 30 years later...
It just amazes me how this type of crime doesn't happen more often..with the risks these kids take...
