Look in the newspapers.
The entire Country is.
Alumni in this thread have expressed their concern about the school's image being tarnished over this incident.
The point is they were visible repsentatives of Duke as they were a Lacrosse team. If they were jsut joe and Jim Schmow students, it probably wouldn't have been this bad.
And WHY did the Lacrosse coach resign right after this broke??

It's not clear why you feel that seeing a stripper is such an heinous act. College kids do those kind of things - it's part of growing up.

The coach probably resigned because of the admitted infractions that we the public are already familiar with and of which the coach was likely aware and had been looking the other way on,like the underage drinking and partying and the hiring of an exotic dancer to entertain the team. (in my opinion such activity comes under the heading of: "boys Will be boys") but just look how the normally (anything goes) liberal media are condemning even those basically innocent and historic rites of passage from boyhood to manhood.
The coach fled town with the lynch mob hot on his heels, in strict compliance with and obedience to, the law of survival.

Did Richard Jewell bring disgrace on the U.S. and the city of Atlanta?
