I saw the new King Kong during Christmas. I liked it... a bit too long, but I think it was nice.

Going by the pics on your homepage I suspect I was out of school during the time that you were younger.

As for the new one,I may watch it someday.
I still remember sitting in awe watching the old one as a kid in the early 70^s,I was probably 8 or 9 years old,and had never seen anything quite like it.

That director does that with all his movies.. He is big on "settings" and background. I am so used to faster paced movies that a slower on like that takes a bit of getting used to. The New World was a similar movie in that respect.
