No, a man obviously too stupid to live - he jumped a fence with dogs on the other sides and, presumably, "No Trespassing - Beware of Dogs" signs on it. You ignore the warnings, you deserve what you get.
If the dogs got out and had hurt somebody, this would be a different issue.
