Still doesnt make the player who sent that nasty email look too good . I am not making any judgements on this case until the DNA comes out and the rest of the story comes forth . (In a believable manner.) This post seems to be trashing the girl a bit too much for me. Where theres underage AND plenty of drinking there are bound to be problems. Plus the neighbors of these college students didnt have ANYTHING good to say about these boys except that they were a problem from day one.
They were a problem from day one. Well no more than Off-campus college fraternities are for their neighbors that are NOT students. They had this same problem in near NC state and it got to be quite the feud. Also, the lacrosse team has the highest graduation rate of any sports team at Duke. That's not consistent with Animal House.
One cannot compare open-container and underage drinking violations with STEALING a CAR and TRYING To RUN over a COP.
Why does her behavior get a pass? You don't believe she did those things or has the Overwhelming media coverage skewing your thinking on this case.
