The case has been going on for over 3 weeks .. Not 5 days as someone said.

Both dancers have lied about many things - many things to the police and the Media.

The first 911 call was presented by the DA and the entire Media as corroboration from another person that the boys were wild and to their "state of mind." The DA said the first 911 call was frightening and was NOT made by either stripper.

Now, the Press knows, but is NOT reporting, that the first 911 call was made by the stripper. In that call, one of the strippers says "I am not harmed in anyway" and "I don't know if it's an emergency". The neighbor that had a running feud with team was a witness to the entire event. If you take his statement (MSNBC RITA COSBY), and the police report, you'll see it's a HOAX.

The police reported 120 seconds after that first 911 call and the house was empty and dark. The feuding neighbor saw the whole thing and he said the women got in the car together and left together. He also witnessed the racial slur being made by one of the players standing alone on the opposite side of the street (wall side). He said the police showed up 2 minutes after that racial insult. The girls were leaving in their car (the call was driving and talking on her cell with her black girlfriend she says) when the insult was made. The boys left towards East Campus and the Police arrived 2 minutes later when everyone was gone. The man also witnessed that when the girls were inside - the team was inside... When the girls came out TOGETHER, the players came running out... He said he saw no other confrontations or remarks to any other people, cars, or groups. And this explains how the first 911 caller knew the address (she said it 3 times) and the house was NOT marked.

It's the key to the case. Also, both strippers lied to the police multiple times that night. For instance, the stripper at Kroger that asked the security guard to call 911 because an intoxicated woman wouldn't get out of her car (why didn't she use her cell phone, why didn't they drive to the police station that was much closer (less than a mile))
told police when they arrived that she didn't know the woman and that she had seen her walking barely dressed near Kroger. The police spokesman said in a press conference that neither dancer made either call. 10 days later he told the press, the 2nd dancer had, in fact, asked the security guard to call 911 police at Kroger.

Why does NONE of this get air-time?

A Durham jury will convict these kids if they have videotape of them in church at the time of the event.

The Media coverage has been SO unfair. The team members said the woman showed up drunk or high and then we find out her license has been suspended 3 times, she has a DWI, and a larceny conviction.

The girl's story doesn't hold up to scrutiny.. The white DA in a black city (up for relection in a month) had to do this to keep his job, but it's not JUSTICE.

You can listen for yourself to the two 911 calls, which are audio clips at this link:

If you listen very carefully to the second voice in the background on the 911 call from Kroger (which is "Kim," the second stripper and driver of the car), that sounds to me like the same voice on the 911 call made from in front of the house.

However, you can listen and make your own opinion.
