Say WHAT?!?! How is it keeping labor costs down and not suppressing workers wages?

It's simple. When your job has been lost, it's no longer a question of comparative wages. On a spreadsheet, your "wages" would be NULL, thus invalidating the calculations.

See how simple it is when you look at it "correctly"?
