Evert, Kournikova, McEnroe Lend A Hand To Jim Courier

TAMPA, FL, USA - The Mercedes-Benz Classic III rolls into Tampa for the third consecutive year to fundraise for the Raymond James Courier's Kids Foundation (RJCK).

This year's event is a mixed affair with John McEnroe and Anna Kournikova taking on Chris Evert and event founder Jim Courier. Courier and McEnroe will face off in a best-of-three-set singles match to open the evening. The ladies will join in for a mixed doubles match to decide the winning team.

Last year Andre Agassi and Jim Courier toppled the youngsters, Mardy Fish and James Blake, in front of 10,000 fans at the St. Pete Times Forum. The evening raised awareness and significant funds for tennis, education and life skills programs that RJCK supports, most notably in St Petersburg, FL at the St Pete Tennis Center.

The Mercedes-Benz Classic III takes place at the St Pete Times Forum in Tampa, Florida on Wednesday, April 5, starting at 7pm.
