From the replies you've gotten, it seems it is true for the majority. And those that want legal immigration curtailed only want it for a temporary time until we have need for more immigrants. I don't see any problem with this. Unless you're trying to say that every Freeper wants all immigration stopped forever? Again, what is your motive behind this rather bizarre quest?

Some people are, some people aren't. I think most here and elsewhere, believe legal immigration is good within reason.
