I think that will be the charge, but the defense will be that they weren't holding themselevs out a practitioner of a healing art.
They will say it was sex play among consenting adults in the privacy of their own home...

Each man faces 10 felony counts five each of castration without malice and conspiracy to commit castration without malice as well as eight misdemeanor counts of performing medical acts without a license. Each felony carries a maximum three years and three months in prison, Bonfoey said. The have enough castration without malice there for it to be enacted as a specific criome?
