A TV series about sexually promiscuous Manhattan women, written by a gay man, doesn't accurately reflect the sexual beliefs of a majorty of actual women?

I'm shocked.

I'm shocked.

Not as shocked as you would have been had somebody aired the pilot episode of "Kvetch in the City", a sitcom revolving around the discussions of 4 successful Jewish single women who are waiting until marriage.

Oy!

I just saw it recently for the first time. It isn't badly written, but if that were someone's only impression of NYC, then they'd think we were all crazy.

Last time I checked, Candace Bushnell wasn't a man.
