Those who refuse to support and defend a state have no claim to protection by that state.
Killing an anarchist or a pacifist should not be defined as "murder" in a legalistic sense.
The offense against the state, if any, should be "Using deadly weapons inside city limits," or "Creating a traffic hazard," or "Endangering bystanders," or other misdemeanor.

Displaying the Mexican flag by high school students and other groups isn't what I would exactly call an act of anarchy. Don't you have to be a citizen first? I disagree wtih you on the extremes of your comments, however, I agree with you in your overall statement. I just don't think that it has come to that yet. Maybe some type of workable solution will be found......the one thing is true, people always try to get a better life, and are rather led by the pack....that pack was started with the group,la? harazza? , who wants to take back all the land they lost in the Mexican-American war, what we need now is General Hooker back..........he would tell them , he probably would offer them a drink and give them the low down, if they disagreed, he would then make haste, if you know what I mean......(no, I am not advocating shooting thet illegal immigrants) Maybe Hooker did have his day, then I don't think the Mexicans had ipods.....
