Only if they have air pockets trapped inside them.
If they don't have voids (filled completely) I don't see how they would be a problem.

Hmmm!!! Commercial Jets have cabin pressure issues - we've all heard the drill - "in the event of a sudden drop in cabin pressure, oxygen masks.....". If this happens, is the buxom young lady next to me gonna explode? And if so, isn't she carrying a potential explosive onto the plane?
Just asking questions here - not proposing any new FAA regs!:)

I think Mythbusters did a segment related to this – the myth was busted.
Revisited #6: Exploding Implants
Myth: At high altitude breast implants will explode. In past experiments Jamie and Adam found no change in the implants at high altitude. Viewers said what about inflatable bras? A new altitude chamber was built. Two different types of bras were tested; one with air filled pockets and one with gel filled. Both bras expanded but didn't rupture. They found that even at twice the normal altitude that a airliner could fly, the bras would not explode.
This assuming that Virgin’s space ship cabin is pressurized to a normal pressure – and pressure suits are available in case of emergency – there should be no problem.
But it is good publicity.
